Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
A:Â Yes, absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Oregon to ensure complete protection and peace of mind for your home or business.
Q: Why is my drain draining so slowly?
A:Â Slow drains are usually caused by an accumulation of hair, soap scum, grease, or food particles. Over time, these narrow the pipe until a full clog forms. We use specialized drain cleaning equipment to completely clear the line.
Q: Should I use liquid chemical drain cleaners?
A:Â We highly recommend avoiding chemical cleaners. They contain harsh acids that can eat away at your pipes, melt glue joints, and cause dangerous chemical fumes. Mechanical drain cleaning or hydro-jetting is a much safer, more permanent fix.
Q: Do you charge an extra fee to travel outside your service area?
A:Â Yes. Our primary service area covers Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties. We are happy to travel further out to assist you, but an additional travel fee will apply depending on your location.
